Directions
From Denver
Take U.S. 36 west. Exit on Baseline Road. Turn left and
go west for approximately 0.3 miles to Broadway. Turn
right onto Broadway. Stay on Broadway for about 2.2
miles. Take a left onto Alpine Avenue. Turn immediately
left (before the crosswalk) into the parking garage and
walk across Alpine into medical office (or turn right
into traffic circle for patient drop off).
From Longmont
Take Diagonal Highway (Rt. 119) into Boulder. About 0.9
miles past Jay Road, the highway will split. Stay to
your right for Diagonal Highway. As you drive west, the
road name will change to Iris Avenue. Iris will end at
Broadway in 2.1 miles. Take a left onto Broadway. Go 0.7
miles to Alpine Avenue. Take a right onto Alpine. Turn
immediately left (before the crosswalk) into the parking
garage and walk across Alpine into medical office (or
turn right into traffic circle for patient drop off).
