Louisville, atop Davidson Mesa. The clinic is in the

complex, at the intersection of South Boulder Road and
Kennedy Avenue.
Driving Directions:
From Boulder
Head east on South Boulder Road. Office on the right
(south) at top of hill, approximately 1/4 mile past
McCaslin Blvd. Turn into the office complex after
passing Kennedy Ave.
From the North
Head south on either 95th Street or Highway 287 to South
Boulder Road, turn right (west) on South Boulder Road.
Office on left (south) approximately 1 mile west of Via Appia.
Turn into the office complex after passing Washington
Ave.
From the East
Take US 36 west to McCaslin Blvd exit, turn right
(north) and take McCaslin to South Boulder Road. Turn
right (east), office on right approximately 1/4 mile.
Turn into the office complex after passing Kennedy Ave.
